The canals of Xochimilco are remnants of the ancient Aztec civilization’s agricultural system, which utilized floating gardens to grow crops like maize, beans, and squash.
Coyoacán is a charming neighborhood located in the southern part of Mexico City, renowned for its rich history, vibrant culture, and artistic ambiance.

Itinerary:
*40 minutes drive to Coyoacán
*1 hour walk around Coyoacán
*1 to 1.5 hours inside Frida Kahlo’s museum (The blue house)
*1 hour to explore the market and have lunch
*1 hour drive to Xochimilco
*1 hour boat ride on the canals
*1 hour drive back to your accommodation
