She chatted with us on our drive in and pointed out some of the local landmarks. A great lead in to the rest of the tour.We arrived at the pyramids in time to watch the hot air balloons take flight and spent what did not feel like three hours, learning about the rich history of these beautiful pyramids. Julia who is currently studying in the field and is a local was an amazing and patient tour guide. We were a group of visiting librarians who were looking for a half day tour so that we could pack in other sites for our trip. This tour offered that, and..Pick up at our hotel in the Reformer Section of Mexico City.A comfortable and safe transport to the site. Knowledgeable guide who spoke both English and Spanish fluently. They also accommodated our request to be dropped off at the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe since it was on the way back to the hotel. Finally, Julia gave us great tips about other places to visit that were safe and not tourist traps. Very good suggestions! Thank you Julia and Diana!

Rupa S2023-04-18Excellent Tour Diana and her wonderful driver took us to Teotihuacan. Diana was prompt and clear with all of her prior communication and confirmation of tour details. Our group had some vegetarians and wanted to taste authentic tamales, so Diana arranged for a breakfast stop at the yummiest tamales place prior to the tour. She arrived on time, had a scavenger hunt activity for the younger kids in our tour, and she had a mic so we could all hear her clearly (plus her English is excellent). The van that she picked us up in was very clean, and she even provided us with snacks and water throughout the day. She didn't waste our time on touristy stuff (no random stops to tourist trap places) - the tour was fun and full of great information. Our tour included four 8-year-old kids, and Diana answered all their (many) questions with patience and enthusiasm. She also entertained the rest of our group ranging from 8 to 60! Everyone had a wonderful time. I cannot say enough amazing things about Diana and this tour. This was a highlight of our week in Mexico City!
Boomerang092023-04-12Fantastic private tour to the pyramids Our tour to Teotihuacan with Diana was one of the highlights of our time in CDMX. It’s simply an amazing place to see in person! Diana was a wonderful, informative guide who spoke fluent English. She was also friendly and easy going. We agreed to start a little earlier to beat the crowds and heat, and Diana and the van driver arrived at our apartment right on time. She even offered to stop for coffee on the way to Teotihuacan when we mentioned that the coffee shop in our building had not yet opened for the morning. At Teotihuacan, we learned so much more than we anticipated. It’s a fascinating place to see, and Diana provided a lot of information to give us the historical context, including using visual aids, and provided insights on more recent discoveries. It was an ideal, private tour, since we were able to go at our own pace and learn so much about this incredible site.

Salita M2023-04-02This tour was the best My partner and I were looking for a tour to take us out to Teotihuacan, however we were wary after booking a previous tour with another company that took us to souvenir shops and had people constantly trying to sell us stuff when we just wanted to visit the sites. When we read the description for the Teotihuacan Express private tour, we were interested straight away and booked it. I'm so glad that we did as it was one of the best tours we have ever done.The team had excellent communication throughout and on the night before our trip, unfortunately our guide became unwell and they had to arrange for a substitute guide at the last minute. We were given a lovely, intelligent historian named Ernesto and we had the best day with him. Ernesto had excellent knowledge about Teotihuacan and also we thoroughly enjoying chatting with him about the social climate of Mexico. Ernesto was a brilliant guide and we got along with him really well. On our trip home, we bonded over our love of music. Our driver Edgar was an absolute legend as well and had the same taste in music as us and even played my favourite song in the tour vehicle on the drive back. All in all, an absolutely amazing tour. 100% would recommend.
